Orders & Shipping 

  1. When will I be charged?

    • Customers will be charged as soon as they place their order. The credit card used for the purchase will be pre-authorized when the order is received in the system. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
  2. How soon will my item(s) ship?

    • If the item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), the charges will be processed, and the order will be submitted for shipment. The items will then ship within five business days from the date of the order.
  3. When will I receive a tracking number?

    • Yes, customers will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of their order leaving the warehouse. The tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
  4. What if I want updates?

    • Customers can expect to receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of their order leaving the warehouse. If they do not receive tracking information within six business days, they can follow up with us at sales@modernvsion.com for updates.
  5. What happens if my item(s) arrives damaged?

    • Customers should inspect the packaging of the item(s) upon delivery and make note of any damage when signing for the delivery. If the item(s) arrive damaged, they should send photos to returns@modernvsion.com, and we will process an insurance claim on their behalf.
